我公司主要产品为铝活塞耐磨镶圈。其主导产品铝活塞耐磨镶圈执行国际ISO 2892-1999标准，同时也执行《中华人民共和国专业标准》ZBJ 92 003-87。该产品1989年被山东省经委列入省重点开发项目，1992年荣获省星火二等奖；1993年被国家科委列入“星火计划”项目。应用我公司产品制成的整体20／27、DS180、R4100活塞达到西德马勒公司、日本大发公司、英国韦尔沃公司同类产品的技术水平。

　　产品除满足国内各大用户外，还出口美国、捷克、韩国、日本、台湾、马来西亚等国家和地区，深受国内外用户的青睐和好评。

　 Established in 1989,Shandong Binzhou Special Alloy Manufacturing Factory is the first specialized one producing Hi-Ni Austenitic Grag Iron Casting used　as Wear-Resistant Inlay Rings for Aluminum Pistons in China. It is also the member of piston trade group of internal-combustion engine of Ministry of Machinery & Eletronics and　the mumber of basic parts of China Internal Combustion Engine Institute.

　 One factory mainly products wear-resistant inlay rings for aluminium pistons. Its main product Wear-Resistant Inlay Rings for Aluminum Pistons executes　international ISO 2892-1999 Standard and also executes professional　ZBJ 92 003-87 Standard of the People"s Republic of China. In 1989,the product was listed as the main developing project by the Economic Committee of Shandong Province.In 1992,it was awarded as the second prize of provinee spark projects.It was again listed　the project of spark plan by the National Committee of Science & Technology in 1993.Single-piece pistons produced by our factory such as 20/27,DS-180,R4100 can match the same products of Marler Co.in West Germany,Tayiho Co.in Japan and Wilwass Co.in British.

　　Besides sold in China, the products are exported to USA.Czechostovakia and Malaysia,and so on , which are warmly welcomed by customers at home and abroad.
